Recognising the opportunity in online retail beyond the online shopping their individual brands provided, JD Group wanted to create their own online marketplace where South Africans could find the world’s leading brands in a perfectly curated assortment of general merchandise and clothing, with the latest technology underpinned by a nationwide logistics infrastructure.

We created the Everyshop brand, from its name to its persona, identity and customer touch points. From the launch and over time, our campaigns got customers to just Stop it (shopping with difficulty or without a great experience) and just Everyshop it!
